Adults Dance Classes
Our Adults Ballroom and Latin dance classes combine Ballroom, Latin American, Salsa, Rock ‘n’ Roll, and run Monday to Friday evenings for all different levels from complete beginner to international competitor!
Our Adults Classes are 45min in length, and also include a 15min practice time after the class where we will play music and the teachers will come around and help answer any questions you may have!

The classes have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and our licensed bar helps! Learn alongside people of similar age and ability and feel completely comfortable as you dance.
We begin with Waltz, Cha Cha, Quickstep and Salsa giving you a good groundwork boosting your confidence in your general dancing ability.
Tango and Swing are added, along with further choreography in the initial four dances. The classes are structured to ensure a steady progression to more and more interesting and complex choreography, whilst improving general technique all the way through.
Later on, we will introduce Slow Foxtrot, Rumba, Jive, Paso-Doble, Samba and Viennese Waltz until you can dance all of the dances made popular by Strictly Come Dancing.

For those who have danced before we have levels of class from Absolute Beginners to VERY Advanced.

Adult Classes cost just £8.00 per person each time you come along. There are no up-front course fees!
If you come twice in a week and the second class is half price.
Our teachers are fully qualified with the International Dance Teachers’ Association
They will be able to help you whatever your problems or queries.
